Manhattan Vintage Show-A Vintage Lover’s Candy Shop

2 May

I had a chance to attend the Manhattan Vintage Show this past weekend at the Metropolitan Pavilion.  The show features over 90 vendors from around the country.  It’s definitely overwhelming for a vintage lover as there are so many fabulous things to buy.  There are tons of bags, shoes, jewelry and beautiful articles of clothing to choose from as well as vendors featuring purely vintage designer bags (way out of my price range but beautiful to gawk at).

I spent hours perusing every single stand in every isle.  If you love vintage, this place is pretty heavenly.  The cost to enter is $20 but you can join the VIP list and get $5 off.  Keep in mind it’s definitely not a place for “bargain finds” but you can find some really amazing pieces for under $200.  If anything it’s great to get inspired.

Louis Vuitton Fan?  They had this amazing selection of trunks and bags…

I  love, love, love vintage/costume jewelry.  This is just one stand but there are so many more, how could a girl possibly just pick one piece?

Since my last post was all about hats I was on the lookout for something great for Spring/Summer….

I finally found this gorgeous finely woven Panama straw hat with a black bow detail.  I can’t wait to wear this with some cute summer dresses and wedges.

Do you love vintage too?  Are you dying to check out the Manhattan Vintage Show the next time it’s in town?  Mark your calendar:
